The bizarre new comedy series At Home with Amy Sedaris is essentially a parody of Martha Stewart, if Martha Stewart explained how to entertain the grieving, the craft of love making, and cooking without pots and pans.
Cult comedy icon Amy Sedaris is rarely the star. She has always been the kooky side character (see Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt). So it’s truly refreshing to see her in the spotlight and perform her signature weird comedy. In At Home, Sedaris presents skills that range from creating popsicle stick buddies to gutting a fish to making raisin necklaces and entertaining businessmen.
Throughout the 10-episode season, Amy will be joined by a cavalcade of guest stars including Scott Adsit, Rachel Dratch, Jane Krakowski, Sasheer Zamata, and many more. Fingers crossed her Strangers with Candy co-star Stephen Colbert stops by for a cameo!
